We will then discuss what your needs are, what options are available to you, and how we can best meet them.

Agreement: We will arrange for an informal meeting to view the property and present you with flexible solutions that will work you. We will discuss the options again thoroughly and make sure that you understand every aspect of it and are satisfied with what is on offer.

Step 5
Sale Completion: Finally once we've agreed on all the details we will take care of all the paperwork. We have placed offers in as quick as 24 hours if the home seller wishes.
